1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ed777 platform — whether via the website at ed777.bio or any associated mobile application — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ed777 platform and, if applicable, close your account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ed777. They apply to all users of the platform regardless of location, provided that use of the platform is not prohibited by applicable laws in the user's jurisdiction. ed777 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

The ed777 platform is strictly for adults. To register and use ed777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally.

ed777 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation — including a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo ID — at any stage of your account lifecycle. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to ed777's satisfaction will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings accrued during the suspension period may be voided.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ed777 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your ed777 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration details and update them promptly if any information changes.
• Choose a strong, unique password for your ed777 account and not share it with any third party under any circumstances.

ed777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless ed777 has been properly notified of a security breach and has had reasonable time to act.

ed777 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ed777 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ed777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash agents.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 100.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are generally credited to your ed777 balance instantly or within a few minutes, subject to payment processor availability.
• ed777 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges — check with your bank or mobile wallet provider for details.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name, matching your verified ed777 account details.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) being completed on your account. Unverified accounts may face withdrawal delays or restrictions.
• If you have an active bonus on your account, withdrawal may be restricted until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically reflect within minutes to a few hours during business hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• ed777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or accounts showing unusual activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ed777 offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The following general bonus rules apply to all ed777 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly allow otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ed777 sports markets — including cricket (PSL, Pakistan internationals, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments), E-Sports, and other available markets — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and accepted by the ed777 system. A bet is not valid until a confirmation message and unique bet reference number have been issued to your account.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement may differ from the final accepted odds if there is a delay between submission and acceptance.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to system availability. ed777 does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets for any specific event.
• ed777 reserves the right to void any bet — either before or after an event — where there is evidence of an error in odds compilation, system error, data feed error, or where the integrity of an event is in doubt.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your real money balance and are subject to standard withdrawal terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ed777 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and potentially legal action:

• Money Laundering: Using the ed777 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to disguise the origin of unlawfully obtained funds.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith after receiving gaming services from ed777.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Copying, scraping, reproducing, or distributing any content, data, or functionality from the ed777 platform without prior written authorisation.

ed777 monitors platform activity using sophisticated fraud detection systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be temporarily restricted pending investigation. ed777's findings in such investigations are final and binding.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the ed777 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, marketing materials, written content, data structures, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of ed777 or its licensed third-party partners and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ed777 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ed777 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any ed777 software or application.
• Use the ed777 name, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written consent from ed777.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the ed777 platform for any purpose.

Any unauthorised use of ed777's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property laws. ed777 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in such cases.

9 Responsible Gaming

ed777 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment — never a financial strategy or a coping mechanism. ed777 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at no cost from within your account settings:

10 Suspension & Termination

ed777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be marked as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee as specified in the current fee schedule. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure.

You may request the voluntary closure of your ed777 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real money balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and verification checks.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full at ed777's discretion, particularly where the breach involved fraud, multiple accounts, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ed777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered thereon, whether planned or unplanned.

• Any Force Majeure event as defined in these Terms.
• Financial losses arising from your gambling activity, including losses on bets, casino games, or slots — gambling involves inherent financial risk and ed777 makes no guarantee of outcomes.

Where ed777's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ed777 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ed777 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, fitness for purpose, or error-free operation of the platform.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ed777 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and ed777 regarding any aspect of these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ed 777 support at [email protected]. ed777 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and resolve them within 28 days where possible.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of a dispute resolution process.
